Your statutory rights remain yours. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or place an order. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Website information and planning tools

Website content, calculators, selectors, product descriptions, and planning guidance are general informational estimates. They are not engineering, architectural, plumbing, water-quality, code-compliance, fire-protection, or safety certifications. Site conditions and product requirements vary. 3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens the site or others. We may require email verification before allowing access.

4. Catalog, specifications, and availability

We work to present accurate prices, dimensions, images, compatibility details, and availability, but errors and supplier changes can occur. Images may be representative. Manufacturer instructions, labels, and current specifications control over a conflicting website summary. Verify critical dimensions, capacity, fittings, materials, intended use, and compatibility before ordering or installation.

5. Quotes and orders

A quote request is a request for information, not an accepted order. A quote becomes binding only when both sides accept its stated scope and terms. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to accept an order that contains an obvious error, is unavailable, cannot be shipped safely, presents suspected fraud, or violates law. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the canceled amount.

6. Price, payment, and tax

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Square. You authorize the disclosed total when you complete Square checkout. Tax treatment depends on the product, intended use, delivery, and applicable law. Any 0% treatment shown online is applied only to items we classify as qualifying rainwater-harvesting equipment under Texas Tax Code §151.355(1); a classification may be corrected before acceptance or fulfillment if facts show otherwise.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these terms. A written quote may contain additional product-specific freight, delivery, cancellation, or return terms; any different term must be disclosed before you accept the quote.

8. Installation, operation, and safety

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow current manufacturer instructions. You are responsible for a suitable site, permits, lawful installation, inspection, maintenance, freeze and wind protection, overflow routing, backflow prevention, electrical safety, and keeping potable and nonpotable systems safely separated. 9. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties, when offered, are provided under the manufacturer's written terms. Available written warranty terms may be reviewed on applicable product documents or requested from us before purchase. Buffalo Rain Harvesters makes only the separate written warranties, if any, expressly provided at sale. We do not disclaim or limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to disclaim or limit.

10. Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site's operation, misuse accounts, introduce harmful code, scrape in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the site for unlawful activity. Reasonable, noncommercial browsing and sharing of public product links are permitted.

11. Intellectual property and third-party materials

The site's original text, design, graphics, and software are owned by Buffalo Rain Harvesters or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Product names, marks, manuals, photographs, and other supplier materials remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for third-party content or services.

12. Service and liability limits

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buffalo Rain Harvesters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising only from use of, or inability to use, the website. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Before filing, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the concern informally. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a right to a jury trial.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Terms accepted with an order remain the terms for that order unless both sides lawfully agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.
