Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Before ordering: Online checkout is limited to eligible, nonfreight products with Texas delivery addresses. Tanks, oversized goods, special-order items, and products with unconfirmed price or freight require a written quote.

1. Scope and order-specific terms

This policy applies to purchases from Buffalo Rain Harvesters. A written quote may include additional delivery, freight, cancellation, or return terms based on the product and destination. Any different term must be disclosed before you accept that quote. Applicable law controls if it provides a right this policy cannot limit.

2. Processing and shipment timing

Stock and lead times can change. We will ship within the time stated in the accepted order or confirmation. If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order or ask for your consent to a revised date. If you do not consent to a material delay, you may cancel the delayed portion for a prompt refund.

3. Freight and delivery

Large tanks and other oversized products generally require a freight quote and delivery coordination. Before delivery, tell us about restricted roads, gates, overhead obstructions, soft ground, limited turning space, or equipment needed to unload. Unless a written quote says otherwise, the customer is responsible for safe site access and any unloading equipment or labor identified in advance. We will disclose delivery charges before you accept the order.

4. Inspection, damage, and mistakes

Inspect the package or freight at delivery when reasonably possible. Note visible damage on the carrier record, keep packaging, and take photographs. Contact us promptly at rich@buffalorainharvesters.com or 903.907.5044 if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect. Prompt reporting helps us pursue a carrier claim, but it does not waive a statutory or warranty right.

5. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will cancel and refund an unaccepted or unshipped standard-stock order when reasonably possible. Once an order has shipped, the return rules below apply. Custom, configured, or special-order work may become noncancelable only if that restriction was disclosed before purchase and costs have already been committed.

6. Standard returns

Unless a product-specific term disclosed before purchase says otherwise, you may request authorization to return a standard-stock item within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item should be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in resalable condition with original parts, manuals, and packaging where reasonably available. Contact us before shipping a return so we can provide instructions and the correct destination.

You are responsible for ordinary return shipping unless the product was damaged in transit, defective, or sent in error. Any disclosed restocking fee will apply only if it was presented before purchase or agreed as part of a return accommodation. We do not charge a restocking fee for an item we sent incorrectly or that arrived damaged or defective.

7. Product-specific return limits

Custom, configured, special-order, installed, used, contaminated, or final-sale items may be nonreturnable only when that restriction was disclosed before purchase and is permitted by law. Opened treatment media, cartridges, or sanitation-sensitive components may be restricted for health and safety reasons. These limits do not remove applicable rights for defective, misdescribed, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will issue the approved refund to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take additional time to post it. Original delivery charges are refundable when the return results from our error or a covered defect; otherwise, delivery charges are generally not refundable. A canceled order that has not shipped will be refunded promptly.

9. Warranties

A return under this policy is separate from a manufacturer warranty claim. Contact us for the applicable written warranty and claim process. We will not use this policy to limit any remedy required by law.
